No variance posted for variation to standard cost

HI

I have an assembly item with the following costed bill of materials


The shampoo manufacturing charge's accounting set up is as follows:

Why does the assembly build of this item, with a higher shampoo manufacturing charge ($30 instead of $25) not result in a variance being posted?

The assembly item is using Standard Costs.
