ID/Internal ID/External ID
(First, I could look this up or try, but I don't know enough to make a reliable test. The last time I tried, I ended up with duplicates, so I have to ask here since you may know a scenario I don't know.)
When I want to update a Customer record (using Import CSV, Relationships, Customers Only), I think I can use the ID. For example, if I uploaded a list of IDs and Category, would that work ok? (like below)
I also see Internal ID and External ID. Is it safest to use Internal ID or is just ID ok? And what is the purpose of External ID if I already have ID and Internal ID?
