Read Receipt Email Template

Hi - is there anyway to indicate Request Read Receipt when an email template is used?

Use Case: Workflow includes a Send Email Action. As part of the Send Email section, an Email Template is selected.

There does not appear a way to configure Request Read Receipt on an Email Template (unless there is a scripting field that can be inserted in the template). However, this field is an option when using a Bulk Email Mass Update.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
