Different Next Occurrence date on same recurrence schedule?

I created 2 different reports, scheduled both to send email to 2 different end users. However, I don't understand why NetSuite has a different "Next Occurrence" date when both reports are scheduled to send out every Friday (see attached screenshot)? Both the recipients are located in the same time zone.
