New to NetSuite | NSPB: Activate your Order

When Planning and Budgeting license is purchased, the administrator will receive a Welcome Email with a subject: Action Required: Welcome to Oracle Cloud. Please Add Your Subscription(s) to a Cloud Account to Get Started. This email includes options on how you can activate the service; administrator can select either of the two:

•Create New Cloud Account 

If you are a new Oracle customer or would like to activate the service in new Cloud Account

•Activate into Existing Cloud Account

If you are an existing Oracle Cloud customer with Cloud Account and would like to activate the service under an existing Cloud Account
