Customization Issue - Item Group Name Missing in Open Sales Order Report
Hi Oracle Community,
I'm facing an issue with customizing the Open Sales Order report in NetSuite. I've added all the necessary fields to the new report, and while all other item records' names are displaying correctly, the Item Group name is not showing up.
Has anyone encountered a similar situation or knows if there's something specific that needs to be added to the Saved Report in NetSuite?
