ISSUE WITH ACA TRANSMISSION

 EMAIL WE RECEIVED FROM NETSUITE:

The deadline for the 2023 ACA Filing in NetSuite has closed today Friday January 12, 2024 at 3PM EST and we don't see any transmission in the back end.

NetSuite / Ceridian can no longer handle your 2023 ACA Filing at this time as Ceridian's system is already locked.

 I'd like to know, what happened and how to avoid next year.
