Global search not finding translated item display name
Hi,
I am relatively new to the NetSuite world and would appreciate your help, as, after many attempts to find the answer to this question, I have been unsuccessful, and I would really love to help our customer.
Our customer's default language is English (international), and all items have display names in English. However, we also have translated item names in Swedish and Danish under Item>System Information>Translation. Users with NetSuite in Swedish aren't finding the items in the global search with the Swedish display name. Only when they search for the items's English names can they be found. (they don't know the English name! )
