Difference between Sales Activity by Sales Rep vs. by Customer
What is the difference between the two reports?
- Sales Activity by Sales Rep (no customization in summary)
- Sales Activity by Customer (summary is customized to group by sales rep to mimic by Sales Activity by Sales Rep)
Even if the subsidiary and date are the same, they return incredibly different results.
For example, in the sales activity by sales rep:
- for one of our sales rep, I notice that there are a lot more sales activity here vs. by Customer
