Can backorders be prevented for certain items?
Hi
Is it possible to prevent backorders for certain items and not others?
For example, Item A should not have back orders.
If the item is out of stock, this line should be prevented from being added to a sales order or closed automatically.
Item B can allow back orders.
If item A and B are both on a sales order, the line relating to item A is closed/prevented from being committed though item B can still be added.
Is this possible?
If this needed to be scripted, would this require a client script, user event script and/or suitelet?
