Nordea Bank Statement downloads for auto bank reconciliation

We use the auto bank rec functionality whereby transactions from out banks auto feed in via the Saltedge solution in Netsuite. This works great for our HSBC accounts. We have some Nordea bank accounts we wish to use in this way.

When we authenticate via the Nordea app to set up we just time out. Nordea are saying its an issue with Saltedge. Any folk out there experiencing the same or have a solution?
