Can I get access to Sandbox account after Sandbox refresh already done before gettng main act access

I got admin access to a Netsuite account after the Sandbox refresh already happened. Is there a way being the admin of the Main account get access to the Sandbox account now after refresh without contacting Admin? Because I don't want to do a refresh again. Please help
