New To NetSuite | SuiteBanking: HSBC Application

HSBC Online Account is a non-interest-bearing bank account and a corresponding GL bank account created in NetSuite.

After installing the Payment Automation SuiteApp, to apply for an HSBC Online Account, go to SuiteBanking > HSBC Application > Apply.

Note: Approval is required for an HSBC Online Account before you can begin utilizing the Payment Automation. For Virtual Card Payments, you must have an allocated credit limit.

When a document is requested, it is required to upload the documents to complete the application.

In uploading documents, the following extensions that are 10 MB or smaller are accepted:

  • .bmp
  • .doc
  • .docx
  • .gif
  • .jpeg
  • .jpg
  • .pdf
