Action Required: Upgrade the NetSuite Connector SuiteApp in Sandbox Accounts

This notice applies to customers with an active Sandbox account and an outdated version of the NetSuite Connector SuiteApp (a version lower than 1.5.23). You should upgrade the SuiteApp in your sandbox account to same version currently installed in your production account.

Upgrading the NetSuite Connector SuiteApp ensures that your Sandbox accounts have the most current features, including security features. You should complete the upgrade in all Sandbox accounts before March 1, 2024.

Required Actions

The latest SuiteApp version is already deployed in production accounts. To ensure that your Sandbox accounts have the latest features, fixes, and security updates, you must manually upgrade the NetSuite Connector SuiteApp in your Sandbox account. You should complete the upgrade of the NetSuite Connector SuiteApp before March 1, 2024.
