New to NetSuite | SuiteCommerce Data That is Not Copied from Production to Sandbox
Domains are not duplicated from your production account to the sandbox during a refresh. Following a sandbox refresh, it is necessary to configure domains within the sandbox. In the case of multiple sandboxes, it is crucial to guarantee the uniqueness of domains across all instances. Duplicate domains will trigger an error message. For additional details, refer to the "Manual Certificates and Set Up Domains for Web Stores" documentation.
To recreate the new domain on your sandbox environment you’ll need to follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Commerce > Hosting >Domains
2. Click New
Note: Ensure that the domain name is unique across all environment instances.
