Performance Issues - within Sales Order Transaction Form
I am familiar with the Performance tools in NetSuite, and how to analyse time taken to load and save transactions.
I am having a particular issue with Sales Order Transaction - but the performance within the form.
(I am testing this both on my form, and the standard sales order form).
The issue is as follows:
- Open blank Sales Order form
- Select a Customer in the Customer field
- Click out of the field - NetSuite retrieves the relevant data relating to that customer
It is that step 3 that is taking much longer than usual. It has only been slow at this point (even from our first implementation), but it has got considerably slower recently.
