OpenAir | OpenAir Update to Data Retention for Deleted Records
Oracle NetSuite would like to inform you about an upcoming change to data retention regarding deleted records in OpenAir. Currently, during twice annual major releases, records marked as ‘deleted’ are removed from the database if they were marked deleted 180+ days ago. This means that depending on the timing of deletion, the record may remain in the database for up to one year. Starting February 24, 2024 on sandbox and March 9, 2024 on production, OpenAir will begin running removal processes during weekends. This means that deleted records will be available in the database for a maximum of 180 days
