Discount percent in vendor bill

Hi guys, i need to recalculate the discount amount in a vendor bill because the way the system is doing it does not work for us, but i cant find a way to bring the discount % so i can calculate the new discount value. Any ideas?

Ex: i got terms line contado 1,5% or 5% net 30
