Asset not Depreciate

In my country's regulations, land assets are not depreciated, but are still recognized as assets, which is the correct setup for this?

  1. use straight line but depreciation its false with asset ilfetime 0
  2. use zero depreciate, depreciation its trie with asset lifetime 0

Which setup is suitable for my country's regulations?
