Vendor bill payment to employee

Hi,

Employee is going to a tech store an buying computer on behalf of company and paying it there. Store send the invoice to the company, vendor bill is received and registering to government. However need to pay the amount to employee or sometimes another vendor. Is there a process to make it possible?
