Method is not returning expected signed xml payload

Hello Gurus, I have used Certificate.signXml method to sign the xml payload. but in resulting signed xml string, the X509IssuerSerial, X509IssuerName, and X509SerialNumber tags missing. I have confirmed the certificates are having these details.

Please suggest some solution
