Is there a way to enter account categories in Cash 360 dashboard preferences for all subsidiaries?

We have 15 subsidiaries and as administrator I would like to enter account categories or additional values for each subsidiary besides the parent subsidiary that I am associated with. I see on the preference page that this is not allowed, but is there a go around or a role/user I can create to setup and view each subsidiary cash 360 Dashboard? I tried to our parent subsidiary which consolidates all our subsidiaries, but the cash forecast table will not open. Trying to set up a dashboard for our CFO to quickly see all the cash and forecasts in one place.
