Subsidiary Logo stopped displaying in Advanced PDF/HTML Templates

Greetings -

We have ~150 subsidiaries. Each subsidiary has their own logo to put on various forms. This has been working well for quite a while but about 2-3 weeks ago they stopped displaying but we get the generic image with a question mark on it. Has something changed that we may have missed? Or should I open a NS Ticket? Thank you.
