How to add a NOTES field to a Saved Search setup screen

Different folks at our company create Saved Searches. If one of those people leave the company, the knowledge of how that search was built, goes with them. The person taking over must go back and figure out all the tricks.

It would be nice to have a NOTES capability so that the creator can describe how the search was created. I, personally, would like to add the SuiteAnswers hints that helped me create a search.

As far as I can tell, there is no CUSTOMIZE capability to the setup screen. Therefore there is no text field to just add notes to?
