Intercompany Journal Error

HI

I am trying to create an advanced intercompany journal to transfer funds between accounts.

I am receiving the error:

Transaction was not complete. An intercompany journal entry must have at least four lines: one debit line and one credit line for each subsidiary. Debits and credits must balance within each subsidiary.

According to SuiteAnswers 104177: https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/104177/loc/en_US


This is expected to occur if I had 0.00 in a line that also has a debit or credit.

As per the screenshot above, I do not have that.

Why am I getting this error and how do I resolve this?
