Expense Commitments and Budget Validation issue

I set up Expense Commitments and Budget Validation app using standard budget records but when an user creates an purchase order always it throws an unexpected error "Wrong filter value for category". This error des not allow to save the pruchase order because it can not end the budgate validation.

Did someone get the same error and know how to solve it?
