SuitePeople Workforce Management Scheduled Release Downtime – U.S.: March 3, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. PST

SuitePeople Workforce Management will be down for 60 minutes for a scheduled release.

The release is scheduled for:

  • Australia: Monday, March 4, 2024 at 09:30 a.m. Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT)
  • U.S.: Sunday, March 3, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST)

What is Changing:

WebSocket enhancements will be installed.

WebSockets are used to keep the data that you are viewing in sync with the latest data we have on our server. These updates are used on the Daily/Weekly/Multi-location views and for your notification count. This release aims to improve the performance and reliability of these real-time updates.

None.
