Difference between Base Fair Value vs Calculated Fair Value Amount

We are testing fair value allocation based on Subscriptions, we noticed that some of the items on the revenue arrangement do not match base fair value against calculated fair value amount for some of the items on the RA.

What would be the reason for this?

Is this expected behaviour?
