Make Payments to Vendors

Hi Everyone!

We've been trying to select a bank from where the payments are being paid but when we go on to the make payment option on the vendor record, we're unable to select that bank. Is there an option to make settings for a vendor record or a bank record so it can be associated with during transactions from each?
