Action required: The legacy NetSuite MerchantE (formerly Merchant e-Solutions)

This notice is intended for customers who are using the legacy Merchant e-Solutions integration built by NetSuite. This obsolete integration is no longer eligible for product enhancements, and no longer meets compliance standards.

What is Changing?

The legacy integration is scheduled for removal on June 15, 2024, and is replaced by the MerchantE for SuitePayments SuiteApp.

The MerchantE for SuitePayments SuiteApp is a full replacement that can make use of your existing MerchantE credentials and services, and that provides the very same NetSuite user experience as the legacy integration. The MerchantE for SuitePayments SuiteApp supports additional functionality.

On June 15, 2024, payment processing profiles that use the legacy integration will be inactivated and will no longer work to process payments.
