We use our Quotation as a "Schedule" attached to our Master Service Agreement.

We leverage Advanced PDF/HTML Template and have been using the delivered {message} field to populate a section of the Quotation/Schedule.

This {message} field frequently is not big enough to accommodate all necessary characters.

Historically we have been cheating by using "Description" Items to place this text beneath the saleable items on our Quotation/Schedule. This is not the right placement for this text.. Out latest example required us to split the text into multiple Description Items so the text would not extend into the footer and instead, properly page break.

I created a Custom Transaction Body field type = Long text {record.custbody_other_cust_message} which allows plenty of characters in our Advanced PDF/HTML Template table section 5. Other.

My initial test happened to produce great results, because the text did not exceed the page size.

As a second test I replicated the text a couple times to lengthen the result and the table text for 5. Other overflowed into the footer and beyond.

I need the text in this custom field {record.custbody_other_cust_message} to insert a page break when necessary to prevent the overflow.

My current source code on my form is:
