Planning and Budgeting Job error and credentials

edited Mar 21, 2024 7:34PM in Ask A Guru 3 comments

Hi. Our company uses NSPB tool which is connected to NetSuite. The Planning & Budgeting Jobs constantly failing. This is the error we are receiving: "Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0". When we click on "edit" the job, it gives us this error:

The formers employees did the set-up, so we are not sure what credentials it is asking for on this page. Do you have any suggestions on how to handle it? should we look into something in NSPB or can we re-set these credentials? and what these JSON error mean? Thank you in advance.

Howdy, Stranger!
