Field Value action in workflow not working

Hi guys!

I have created a workflow and I have the below issue:

I have created the below highlighted fields (Survey email and Customer) that needs to take their values from customer page. The Contract Item record is custom.

The contract Item is created through "Contracts" (a custom record as well) and on the contract the relevant "Customer" is shown,

and from the Customer the email and Customer Name fields contains the values that should be fill the Contract Item's greyed fields above.

We added this action in the workflow on "Entry" and "After Field Sourcing", but for the existing Contract Items, the fields remain blank.
