Customer Deposit

Customer deposited the payment to bank account in XX subsidiary. But the Sales order is in YY Subsidiary. How can we create a customer deposit in NetSuite for YY Subsidiary account? I know its not possible. But, is there any way to transfer the balance to account in YY subsidiary.
