Find all sales orders with specific item -sold individually or as kit component
Hi
I have the following scenario:
Item 1: this is sold individually or as a kit component of kit A.
Questions:
1 I want to create a saved search which finds all open sales order of item 1 sold whether it is a part of kit A or as an individual component.
What would the criteria be?
The use case is: the user wants to replace item 1 on any open sales order lines with item 2 as item 1 is out of stock. The user intends to replace item 1 on the kit A component list with item 2 for future orders.
