SuiteAnalytic connect: Dataset/workbook/saved search not display via Excel

Hello,

We are connecting netsuite to weighbridge software via ODBC suiteAnalytic connect and the connection is ok. However, we would to query new dataset or saved search but the new dataset or saved search is not available.

Can you please help? Do we need another configuration to query new dataset in netsuite ?
