non-AMD modules (jquery, blockUI) via @NAmdConfig

It is not possible to use non-AMD modules
(jquery, blockUI) via @NAmdConfig ./configOPT.json when using ClientScript.
We need to use jquery.blockUI.js non-AMD module, but the module is not loaded during the run.
any advise or creative idea on how to do that?
