FAM Depreciation Entries Approval Process

I would like to add an approval on FAM depreciation entries when they are done through the depreciation script. I have set up a workflow that creates the approval on manual entries for depreciation. However, when I run the script and have the system automatically create the depreciation entries, it automatically goes to approved.
