Issues uploading CAMT053 bank file

Hello,

We are currently in the process of trying the Bank Match reconciliation. So we are trying to manually upload a CAMT053 bank file. But it keeps failing with an unexpected error. No criteria as to why it is failing. Has anyone else had this or can help with this issue?
