NSC | Troubleshooting "Invalid Login Attempt" Error in NetSuite REST Web Services
Encountering the error message {"error" : {"code" : "USER_ERROR", "message" : "Invalid login attempt."}} while using REST Web Services can be frustrating, but fortunately, resolving this issue is relatively straightforward. This error typically indicates a problem with the authentication process. To rectify the situation and ensure smooth operation of your NetSuite account, follow these steps to enable Web Services:
- As administrator, click Setup > Company > Enable Features.
- Check REST Web Services under SuiteCloud tab.
- Click Save.
