NSC | Assign Task to Multiple Users or Group
Assigning a Task to a group within a team can be beneficial for several reasons: (Activities > Scheduling > Tasks)
- It allows the group for the efficient allocation of resources.
- It fosters collaboration and encourages teamwork. It allows you to leverage the specialized knowledge and experience of different team members, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard.
- It provides backup and coverage in case of absences or unforeseen circumstances.
Since task assignment to a group isn't possible, here are some possible workarounds.
Option 1. If your concern is about task coverage while the current assignee's not able to work on the assigned task, the supervisor can reassign the task to another employee. You can either update the existing task by changing the '
