Case Number to print on pdf of Quotes

Hello, how can I get the Case Number displayed on the printable pdf of our Quotes? I don't see the case number field (under add new element) on the advanced Quote PDF/HTML Template.

We enter our Quotes through Cases so they are linked under related records of the Quote:

I'm not sure how to add related record fields to the pdf template.
