Upcoming Migration to Electronic Invoicing v1.9

This notice applies to customers who use the Colombia Localization SuiteApp.

What is Changing?

On May 1, 2024, the DIAN will start using Electronic Invoicing v1.9, and only transactions that use the XML templates supported by Electronic Invoicing v1.9 will be certified.

Required Actions

Before May 1, 2024:

  • Make sure you have installed the latest version of the Colombia Localization SuiteApp (v1.0.14 or higher), available from April 17, 2024. For instructions, see the help topic Colombia Localization SuiteApp Installation.
  • If you have not migrated yet, you must contact your technological provider administrator to coordinate the migration to Electronic Invoicing v1.9 to ensure that your fiscal information is up to date. Otherwise, you will not be able to certify any transaction after May 1, 2024.
