How to set up a Workflow with several states which sends email multiple languages
Hi,
My question is how can you send an email in multiple languages by a workflow with multiple states?
How I visualize it is below. In the workflow the Saved search is selected. The data is coming in in the first state —> data incoming. From the information of the saved search is pushed to the language state (English, German, Spanish and French). Within the language state the condition formula determines if an Email will be send out in the preferred language on the customer card. So how do I create a data coming in state which is transferred/transition to the language state where the correct language is selected and the email template in the same language is selected.
