Permission Update for Auto Bank Statement Import Custom Records
This notice applies to customers who are using the NetSuite Auto Bank Statement Import (ABSI) SuiteApp.
Target Upgrade Date
Version 24.1.0 of the Auto Bank Statement Import (ABSI) SuiteApp will be pushed automatically to your production account on April 24, 2024.
What is Changing?
The ABSI SuiteApp version 24.1.0 update will include an enhancement to custom records that requires an additional permission be added to custom roles used to access the SuiteApp. The additional permission is required to ensure that safe permissions and appropriate access levels are in place for custom records used by the SuiteApp.
Required Action
First, identify all users who have access to your ABSI format profile configuration in NetSuite. All custom roles of users who created and managed your ABSI format profile configuration must be manually updated. This action is required to prevent permission and import errors when using the ABSI SuiteApp.
