EFT - Bill Payments Page - Segments

Hi Team,

My customer wants the Department and Class segment to be mandatory and that is what we did. However, on the EFT - Bill Payments Page, the department and class segments are mandatory and it does not make sense because this will affect the segments tagged during the Bill creation. There are also instances when bills will be paid in bulk. Asking if there is a workaround for this one?
