The ability to add or expose the Due To/From Subsidiary field in a Transaction Saved Search and Analytics Dataset is currently a system limitation in NetSuite and logged as an Enhancement under Enhancement 471651 || Advanced Intercompany Journal Entry Search/Report > Ability to pull Due To/From Subsidiary field in a Transactions Saved Search/ Analytics Dataset.
The above is true only if the Centralized Purchasing and Billing feature is not enabled in Setup > Company > Enable Features > Items & Inventory sub-tab. The below screenshots show the outcomes of having the said feature disabled and enabled, respectively:

Although this might work a workaround for the system limitation, users are still strongly advised to further research and perform tests in their Sandbox Accounts so that they could fully assess the impacts of having the Centralized Purchasing and Billing feature enabled.
