Bulk Processing

My accounting department is telling me they did not set the information in the attached bulk processing screen shot. I looked at the bulk processing logs and do not see that this employee initiated anything on 5.3.24. Does anyone know a way I can pinpoint what caused this? Thanks for the assistance!
