SCA|Incorrect Tax calculation in SCA website?
Hi Guys,
I hope you all are doing great!
I'm experiencing a slight issue with my SCA website. An 8% tax is applied to every order from the website despite having a different zip code in the shipping address. However, when we edit and save the order in NetSuite, the correct taxes are applied based on the zip codes. Unfortunately, this behaviour isn't reflected on the website. The website consistently applies an 8% tax regardless of the different zip codes.
What is the reason behind it? Please let me know the solution, your help and support will be appreciated.
Best regards,
Shubham Singh.
