End of Support for the Workforce Case Interaction SuiteApp
This notice is intended for customers using the Workforce Case Interaction SuiteApp (Bundle ID: 330007). Support for this SuiteApp ends after June 30, 2024.
What is Changing?
The Workforce Case Interaction SuiteApp will no longer be supported after June 30, 2024. After the end of support date:
- The SuiteApp will no longer be available for new installations.
- If the SuiteApp is already installed in your account, you can continue to use it.
- Be aware that there will be no further issue fixes or updates to the SuiteApp.
Recommended Action
The Workforce Case Interaction SuiteApp uses full NetSuite administrator permissions. If you created a custom role specifically for this SuiteApp and decide to uninstall, consider inactivating the custom role before
